ISI Stainless Steel Irons

ISI Irons

ISI Wedges

Using Silicon Graphics computers, our engineers have been able to improve the performance of ISI irons by distributing the most weight at the four key positions - upper and lower toe, heel and hosel. This creates a higher moment of inertia. As a result, PING ISI irons have a greater ability to resist twisting on off-center hits. And in the sole, by moving metal lower and further back, we've lowered the center of gravity to help players improve their performance. When you look at the ISI Stainless Steel cavity, you'll see an ellipse and five fingers designed to significantly reduce vibration (head and shaft) and finely tune the clubhead for both feel and sound. The golfer thus receives less vibration and more feel every time he or she hits an ISI Stainless Steel iron. To the golfer, these technological advancements mean irons that not only feel solid when hit perfectly, they also feel good - and hit truer - when hit less than perfectly.
